The Sporting Kansas City U-17s and U-15s will conclude 2018-19 Generation adidas Cup qualifying this weekend in Houston, playing three matches each between today and Monday at Houston Sports Park.
During the first phase of qualifying last October, both sides finished with a win and two defeats against fellow MLS clubs as one of North America's premier competitive youth soccer tournaments kicked off its 12th edition.
The U-17s will take the field at 3 p.m. CT today and Saturday, facing the Chicago Fire and Houston Dynamo, respectively, before rounding out the group stage versus Toronto FC at 2:30 p.m. CT Monday.
The U-15s will meet the Chicago Fire at 12:30 p.m. CT today, Minnesota United FC at 10 a.m. CT Saturday and end qualifying with a Chicago Fire rematch at 9 a.m. CT Monday. Follow @SKCAcademy on Twitter for updates throughout the weekend.

The 2018-19 Generation adidas Cup features two preliminary rounds of regional qualifying, with 21 MLS teams split across three groups of seven.
The top two teams from each group, plus two wildcards, will advance to play in the Champions Division in the 2019 Generation adidas Cup Finals this spring at Toyota Stadium in Frisco, Texas. The remaining teams will compete in the Premier Division. This year marks the first time the U-15 age group will be represented at the Generation adidas Cup finals.
